FAQ

What do I need to bring?
The workout takes place on the beach, so all you need is bare feet and workout attire. We suggest bringing water and a towel as well.

Will I get Sandy?
Unless there a magical way to be on the beach and not get sandy, yes.

Is this crossFit?
No baby, this is BeachFit.  We will be using mostly body weight exercises in an interval training style.

Do I have to be super Fit to take class?
Not at all.  All levels of fitness are welcome and everything is scaleable. If you don’t know a movement, our kick ass instructors are pros at explaining and breaking things down.

 

I can't make class times, Can I train privately?

Fo Sho! You can set up a personal training session by yourself or with a friend. Private sessions of 1-3 people are $75 a session. 4 or more is $20 per person per session.

Can my kids take class?
You can bring your kids to class if they are 16 years old or older and you are taking class as well or accompanying them. Other than that, you must be 18 years old or older unless you have special permission from our team leader.  If you have any questions, don’t forget you can always email us to double check.

What if it’s raining?
We don't stop the party because of a little rain! But if it’s a LOT of rain we will melt, so you can either push your payment to use for a future class or we will refund you if class is canceled. Check our Instagram to stay up to date on any changes.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept the green stuff, Cash!  If you plan on taking class regularly, we suggest buying a class package, that way you don’t even need to worry about payment, and you save! We currently offer 5 packs and 10 packs.
